He was usually picked on at school. Being a Spider-Man follower, he saw himself as the Spider-Man's alter-ego, Peter Parker. His schooling included Priory Preparatory School and City of London Freemen's School. The school also included an institution called the Central School of Speech and Drama as well as the University of London. He began his interest in acting as he realized that he wasn't keen on studying business any more. In 2005, he began his professional career as an actor. He also appeared in "Sugar Rush," the British show. The following year when he was cast as his first lead role in the film "Boy A." in which he plays the troubled teenager trying to rebuild his life after being in jail. In addition, he was in "The Social Network," acting as the principal character followed by the movie "The Marvelous Spider-Man." Being able to fill a multitude of roles his role was chosen as the leading actor in the historic film "Silence" in the year 2016. The actor has been awarded numerous prizes such as the BAFTA Award for Best Actor, Tony Award and A.A.C.T.A. He was awarded the "Best Actor Award to be recognized for his character in "Hacksaw ridge".
